Vernett McGary
1920–2006

Vernett McGary was born in Joseph, Montana. She moved to Wyoming when she was baby. She married Ivan L. McGary in 1945. She and her husband had three sons.

Vernett was a Sunday school teacher for 45 years and secretary/treasurer for the Women's Missionary Group for years. She loved the Lord and her family, and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a fan of basketball and baseball, both sports her boys played while growing up.

Vernett was so proud of the fact that her Women's Missionary Group sponsored a child from Nepal, and that she had influenced other family members to support Children of Promise.

Vernett will be deeply missed.
